Cathy To

​

Mrs. Cathy grew up in Plano, TX and started studying piano at the age of five. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Texas teaching certificate in both Music EC-12 and English Language Arts and Reading 4-12.

Mrs. Cathy loves working with kids and has over 10 years of experience teaching in classrooms and privately one-on-one. She teaches privately out of her studio and also serves as an accompanist for local area instrumental instructors as well as school solo and ensemble festivals. Mrs. Cathy is also an active member of the Music Teacher's National Association (MTNA) as well as the Plano Music Teacher's Association (PMTA). Her students have excelled at theory examinations as well as won awards at local competitions.

Currently, Mrs. Cathy lives in Plano, TX with her husband, Jonathan. They have two children. Outside of work, Mrs. Cathy enjoys cooking, and blogging.
